Roofing &amp; Solar Sales Representative &ndash; $130K+ Potential | Full Training ProvidedPre-Set Roofing &amp; Solar Leads | No Cold Calling | Full Training ProvidedBerry Roofing &amp; Solar, a 30-year-established contractor based in Riverside, CA, is hiring driven sales professionals ready to earn $130K&ndash;$300K+ with daily pre-set leads and Rodney Webb University training.What You&rsquo;ll Receive<ul><li>2-week paid onboarding at $20/hr</li><li>Uncapped commissions (7%&ndash;11%) on sales</li><li>Pre-set qualified leads daily &ndash; no cold calling</li><li>Performance bonuses and incentives</li><li>Ongoing professional coaching and team support</li></ul>Your Responsibilities<ul><li>Run 2 qualified appointments per day (Mon&ndash;Fri + every other Sat)</li><li>Attend team meetings Tue &amp; Fri (9&ndash;11 AM)</li><li>Track performance through Salesforce CRM</li><li>Follow proven sales systems and scripts to close deals confidently</li></ul>Not a Fit If You<ul><li>Don&rsquo;t show up on time</li><li>Avoid structure, accountability, or teamwork</li><li>Resist using systems, scripts, or CRM tracking</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Must be comfortable working at heights and climbing onto residential roofs using company-provided ladders and safety equipment</li><li>2+ years of sales experience (roofing, solar, or home improvement preferred)</li><li>Valid California driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record</li><li>Must be insurable under company or commercial auto policies (generally requires age 25 or older for coverage purposes)</li><li>HIS number (Home Improvement Salesperson registration) &mdash; required by the State of California</li><li>CRM experience preferred</li></ul>About Berry Roofing &amp; SolarBerry Roofing &amp; Solar has served Southern California homeowners for over 30 years.
