Berry Roofing & Solar, a 30-year-established contractor based in Riverside, CA, is hiring driven sales professionals ready to earn $130K–$300K+ with daily pre-set leads and Rodney Webb University training.

What You’ll Receive

• 2-week paid onboarding at $20/hr
• Uncapped commissions (7%–11%) on sales
• Pre-set qualified leads daily – no cold calling
• Performance bonuses and incentives
• Ongoing professional coaching and team support

Your Responsibilities

• Run 2 qualified appointments per day (Mon–Fri + every other Sat)
• Attend team meetings Tue & Fri (9–11 AM)
• Track performance through Salesforce CRM
• Follow proven sales systems and scripts to close deals confidently

Not a Fit If You

• Don’t show up on time
• Avoid structure, accountability, or teamwork
• Resist using systems, scripts, or CRM tracking

Requirements

• Must be comfortable working at heights and climbing onto residential roofs using company-provided ladders and safety equipment
• 2+ years of sales experience (roofing, solar, or home improvement preferred)
• Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be insurable under company or commercial auto policies (generally requires age 25 or older for coverage purposes)
• HIS number (Home Improvement Salesperson registration) — required by the State of California
• CRM experience preferred
