**Job Overview:**<br>
As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles. You will work on everything from routine maintenance to more complex repairs. This role requires a strong attention to detail, great problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.</p>

**Key Responsibilities:**<br>
<ul><li>Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.</li><li>Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using advanced testing equipment and tools.</li><li>Read and interpret technical service manuals and specifications.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by communicating findings and recommendations clearly.</li><li>Keep work area clean and organized, following all safety procedures.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with automotive technology and repair techniques.</li><li>Collaborate with other technicians and staff as needed.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.</li></ul></div>

**Qualifications:**</p>

*Entry-Level Candidates:*<br>
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in automotive technology preferred.</li><li>Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.</li><li>Some hands-on experience through internships or personal projects is a plus.</li><li>Strong willingness to learn and grow within the field.</li><li>Good communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record.</li></ul></div>

*Experienced Candidates:*<br>
<ul><li>Completion of a formal training program in automotive technology or equivalent experience.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance.</li><li>Proficient with diagnostic tools and equipment.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work well in a team environment.</li><li>ASE certification is a plus but not required.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record.</li></ul></div>
