We&rsquo;re looking for a reliable crew member who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in doing things right.This is a great opportunity to learn landscaping while working alongside an experienced team.Responsibilities<ul><li>Landscape maintenance (weeding, pruning, planting, cleanup)</li><li>Assist with irrigation adjustments and basic repairs</li><li>Operate mowers, trimmers, and blowers</li><li>Maintain trails and common areas</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Some outdoor work experience preferred (landscape, construction, or general labor)</li><li>Reliable and punctual</li><li>Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions</li><li>Willing to learn and take direction</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Consistent full-time hours</li><li>Hands-on training and skill development</li><li>Positive team environment</li><li>Potential for year-round role</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.50 - $24.50 per hourWork Location: In person
