Red Ledges is a private, high-end community in Heber, Utah. We’re looking for a reliable crew member who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in doing things right.

This is a great opportunity to learn landscaping while working alongside an experienced team.

Responsibilities

• Landscape maintenance (weeding, pruning, planting, cleanup)
• Assist with irrigation adjustments and basic repairs
• Operate mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Maintain trails and common areas

Qualifications

• Some outdoor work experience preferred (landscape, construction, or general labor)
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Willing to learn and take direction
