This is a full-time 1099 contractor position serving our properties across Springdale and Fayetteville.Job Duties Include: - Make-ready unit turnarounds - Completing occasional maintenance requests- Occasional groundskeeping and maintenance projectsRequirements: - Prior residential maintenance experience is required- Must have your own tools and reliable transportation - Must be a team player, hard-working, trustworthy, and communicative - Ability to manage time effectively and work independently- Must have experience laying flooring, painting, etc.If you take pride in your work and want to be part of a property management team that values quality and reliability, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!*We are looking to hire someone for IMMEDIATE start!*Pay depends on experience.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourWork Location: In person
