Make Ready Technician

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Make-Ready Technician to join our team! This is a full-time 1099 contractor position serving our properties across Springdale and Fayetteville.

Job Duties Include:
- Make-ready unit turnarounds
- Completing occasional maintenance requests

- Occasional groundskeeping and maintenance projects

Requirements:
- Prior residential maintenance experience is required

- Must have your own tools and reliable transportation
- Must be a team player, hard-working, trustworthy, and communicative
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently

- Must have experience laying flooring, painting, etc.
