Answer multi-line telephone with approved greetings and direct appropriately.</li><li>
Familiarity with room types, hotel information, and possessing sales skills to sell accordingly.</li><li>
Resolves guests&rsquo; complaints in a prompt and courteous manner.</li><li>
Ensures customer privacy is protected.</li><li>
Document incidents and relevant shift information with details and appropriately.</li><li>
Maintains a high level of professional appearance and demeanor.</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
