Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while expertly preparing and serving food and beverages. Whether taking orders, mixing drinks, or ensuring a smooth dining environment, your positive attitude will help foster a lively and welcoming atmosphere.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, ensuring quick and correct entry</li><li>Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to food safety standards and alcohol regulations</li><li>Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently, including processing payments accurately</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, following food handling and safety protocols</li><li>Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience while increasing sales opportunities</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy periods such as banquet events</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in food service, fine dining, or hospitality environments with a focus on customer satisfaction</li><li>Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS for order entry and sales tracking</li><li>Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours</li><li>Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations</li><li>Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices</li><li>Experience in catering, banquet service, settings is a plus for dynamic environments</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and effective communication abilities</li></ul>Join us to be part of a lively team where your energy makes every guest&rsquo;s experience memorable!
