Server/Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, ensuring quick and correct entry
• Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to food safety standards and alcohol regulations
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently, including processing payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, following food handling and safety protocols
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience while increasing sales opportunities
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy periods such as banquet events

Skills

• Proven experience in food service, fine dining, or hospitality environments with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS for order entry and sales tracking
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations
• Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices
• Experience in catering, banquet service, settings is a plus for dynamic environments
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and effective communication abilities
