Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will be the vital link between guest services and hotel operations during overnight hours. As a Night Auditor, you will oversee front desk operations, handle guest inquiries, and perform financial reconciliations&mdash;all while creating a welcoming environment that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service around the clock.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth experience.</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls efficiently.</li><li>Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations while reconciling daily revenue reports.</li><li>Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or concerns with a positive attitude, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.</li><li>Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting routine property inspections, and controlling access to the hotel premises during overnight hours.</li><li>Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial documentation to ensure seamless communication with daytime staff.</li><li>Support guest relations by providing local information, hotel amenities details, and addressing special requests with enthusiasm.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles, preferably with prior front desk or night audit experience.</li><li>Strong customer service skills combined with excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently.</li><li>Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.</li><li>Knowledge of hotel operations, guest services standards, and security protocols is essential for success in this role.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail for financial reconciliation tasks and maintaining accurate records.</li><li>Ability to work independently during night shifts while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.</li><li>Hospitality industry certifications or training are a plus but not mandatory.
