Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will be the vital link between guest services and hotel operations during overnight hours. As a Night Auditor, you will oversee front desk operations, handle guest inquiries, and perform financial reconciliations—all while creating a welcoming environment that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction. Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls efficiently.
  • Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations while reconciling daily revenue reports.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or concerns with a positive attitude, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  • Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting routine property inspections, and controlling access to the hotel premises during overnight hours.
  • Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial documentation to ensure seamless communication with daytime staff.
  • Support guest relations by providing local information, hotel amenities details, and addressing special requests with enthusiasm.

Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles, preferably with prior front desk or night audit experience.
  • Strong customer service skills combined with excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, guest services standards, and security protocols is essential for success in this role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail for financial reconciliation tasks and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
