 People &amp; Culture Manager
 
 
 &rdquo; for our People Management team.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The Role
 
 
 
 The People Manager collaborates closely with all departments and oversees the full spectrum of People &amp; HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Personnel Affairs, Training, Compensation &amp; Benefits, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Main Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Developing and executing the end-to-end People &amp; Culture strategy
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing and continuously improving the full cycle of recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Creating, implementing, and optimizing HR operations and processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Overseeing all HR functions including talent management, compensation &amp; benefits, payroll, training, performance management, career development, employee engagement, budgeting, reporting, and health &amp; legal compliance
 </li>
 <li>
 Promoting and sustaining a positive and high-performance work environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Designing and executing systems, standards, and coaching frameworks that align business strategy with team and individual performance objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Partnering with department managers to assess organizational structures and identify improvements or new designs to support business growth
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining open communication with employees to understand their needs and concerns
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing HR guidance to foster strong and harmonious employee relations
 </li>
 <li>
 Serving as an employee advocate to promote a culture of openness, trust, and inclusion
 </li>
 <li>
 Acting as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and teams
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 We would love to meet you if you have;
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience in Human Resources / People Management within the Information Technologies sector
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Labor Economics, Engineering, or related fields
 </li>
 <li>
 MBA or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a complex business environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in Agile environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented, disciplined, and tech-savvy mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
 </li>
