People & Culture Manager

We are looking for “ People & Culture Manager ” for our People Management team.


The Role

The People Manager collaborates closely with all departments and oversees the full spectrum of People & HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Personnel Affairs, Training, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement.


Main Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing the end-to-end People & Culture strategy
  • Managing and continuously improving the full cycle of recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Creating, implementing, and optimizing HR operations and processes
  • Overseeing all HR functions including talent management, compensation & benefits, payroll, training, performance management, career development, employee engagement, budgeting, reporting, and health & legal compliance
  • Promoting and sustaining a positive and high-performance work environment
  • Designing and executing systems, standards, and coaching frameworks that align business strategy with team and individual performance objectives
  • Partnering with department managers to assess organizational structures and identify improvements or new designs to support business growth
  • Maintaining open communication with employees to understand their needs and concerns
  • Providing HR guidance to foster strong and harmonious employee relations
  • Serving as an employee advocate to promote a culture of openness, trust, and inclusion
  • Acting as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and teams


We would love to meet you if you have;

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources / People Management within the Information Technologies sector
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Labor Economics, Engineering, or related fields
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a complex business environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and tech-savvy mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
