What kind of teammate are we looking for?

• Currently studying in the or 4th grade of relevant university departments (e.g., Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, etc.)
• Preferably with internship experience in Human Resources, especially in Learning & Development or Employee Experience
• Enthusiastic about pursuing a career in Human Resources
• Highly motivated towards the FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) sector
• Proficient in using MS Office programs effectively
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills
• Ability to work effectively across functions and teams
