Who We're Looking For?

• 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student or a graduate student in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology or Human Resources,
• Preferably able to attend the internship at least 3 days a week,
• Aiming to build a career in Human Resources; particularly interested in Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, HR technologies and HR analytics,
• Able to use MS Office programs at a basic level,
• Having a good command of English,
• Possessing analytical thinking skills, being detail-oriented, and eager to learn,
• Having strong communication skills and being a good team player,
• Preferably residing on the Asian side of Istanbul.

What You'll Be Doing?

• Supporting the team in Compensation and Benefits processes,
• Providing operational and analytical support for performance management processes,
• Contributing to data collection, organization, and analysis tasks within reporting activities,
• Assisting in HR technologies and digital HR applications processes.
