We're a close-knit team that values teamwork, personal growth, and a strong work ethic and we believe in fostering a collaborative environment where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.About the RoleAs a Customer Service Representative on the Premium Accessories team, you'll be the voice of Bestop &mdash; providing efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance to our Warehouse Distributors, their customers, and end consumers. This is a vital role: you'll solve problems, guide installations, and make sure every customer experience is an exceptional one. You'll work onsite at our Westminster, CO headquarters, collaborating closely with a supportive team.Compensation &amp; Hiring RangeIn compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the hiring range for this position is:$21.00 per hour (full-time, non-exempt)Final pay is determined based on relevant experience, skills, and internal equity. Strong candidates may receive offers ahead of the priority deadline.What You'll Do<ul><li>Front-Line Support: Provide professional, courteous customer contact via phone, email, chat, and occasionally in person &mdash; handling high inbound call volume (75&ndash;100+ calls per day during peak periods).</li><li>Problem Resolution: Research and resolve customer concerns within established guidelines, with a focus on first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Technical Assistance: Help customers with vehicle installations and provide product-specific technical support across our Bestop, Softopper, and Tuffy product lines.</li><li>Order &amp; Data Management: Use our ERP system (NetSuite) for daily order entry, processing Return Material Authorizations (RMAs), and maintaining customer and order data across spreadsheets, email, and other systems.</li><li>Information Analysis: Read and interpret information from spreadsheets and internal systems to support customer inquiries and accurate data management.</li><li>Team Collaboration: Partner with the broader Customer Service, Tech Support, and Operations teams to keep customers moving and orders flowing.</li></ul>What You'll Need (Required Qualifications)<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of customer service experience, ideally in a call-center, retail, or product-support environment. Some upselling or sales involvement is a plus.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to assist customers clearly and professionally.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.</li><li>Basic computer proficiency, including comfort with email, spreadsheets, and ERP/CRM systems. Ability to use a ten-key by touch.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and a high attention to detail.</li><li>Willingness and ability to learn our product lines, vehicle applications, and installation guidance.</li><li>A collaborative spirit and strong teamwork skills.</li><li>Availability for an onsite, full-time schedule (Monday&ndash;Friday, 8:00 a.m. &ndash; 5:00 p.m.) with flexibility for overtime during peak seasons.</li><li>Currently located in Colorado, or planning to relocate to the Denver / Westminster area at your own expense prior to the start date.
