 This position is responsible for identifying business process improvement opportunities and designing, delivering, and integrating scalable AI-driven solutions. The role ensures successful end-to-end AI project execution, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of modern AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Description
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify process gaps and recommend AI-driven improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze existing workflows and design optimized solutions using AI/ML and automation technologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop scalable AI solution architectures leveraging AWS AI services and modern platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate emerging AI tools, LLMs, and machine learning platforms to recommend best-fit solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create detailed solution blueprints, prototypes, and implementation roadmaps for AI initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Define KPIs and success metrics to measure the impact and performance of AI solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Own end-to-end delivery of AI projects, ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery governance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead system integrations including APIs, ETL pipelines, and middleware solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure proper QA, testing, and go-live readiness of AI systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive integration of AI tools into existing enterprise systems and workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, data engineers, and external vendors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and promote agile delivery practices across projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage third-party AI vendors and technology partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead vendor evaluation, onboarding, and performance management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle contract negotiations, SLAs, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and delivery documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and user adoption initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct training sessions to support successful AI implementation and adoption.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience and Qualification
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 06 years of relevant experience
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Specific Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Practical experience with integration architecture (APIs, ETL, middleware).
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Azure AI, or Google Vertex AI is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with no-code/low-code tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n is an advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Agile methodologies; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Domain experience in HR, Finance, or Operations is a plus.
 </li>
