AI Consultant

Position Purpose

This position is responsible for identifying business process improvement opportunities and designing, delivering, and integrating scalable AI-driven solutions. The role ensures successful end-to-end AI project execution, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of modern AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.

Job Description

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify process gaps and recommend AI-driven improvements.
• Analyze existing workflows and design optimized solutions using AI/ML and automation technologies.
• Develop scalable AI solution architectures leveraging AWS AI services and modern platforms.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools, LLMs, and machine learning platforms to recommend best-fit solutions.
• Create detailed solution blueprints, prototypes, and implementation roadmaps for AI initiatives.
• Define KPIs and success metrics to measure the impact and performance of AI solutions.
• Own end-to-end delivery of AI projects, ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes.
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery governance.
• Lead system integrations including APIs, ETL pipelines, and middleware solutions.
• Ensure proper QA, testing, and go-live readiness of AI systems.
• Drive integration of AI tools into existing enterprise systems and workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, data engineers, and external vendors.
• Implement and promote agile delivery practices across projects.
• Manage third-party AI vendors and technology partners.
• Lead vendor evaluation, onboarding, and performance management.
• Handle contract negotiations, SLAs, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and delivery documentation.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and user adoption initiatives.
• Conduct training sessions to support successful AI implementation and adoption.

Experience and Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 06 years of relevant experience

Specific Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Practical experience with integration architecture (APIs, ETL, middleware).
• Familiarity with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Azure AI, or Google Vertex AI is a plus.
• Experience with no-code/low-code tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.
• Domain experience in HR, Finance, or Operations is a plus.
