Data Scientist

We’re Hiring: Data Scientist (4+ Years Experience)
On-Site - Gulberg Greens, Islamabad - Pakistan

Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Scientist who can go beyond reporting and help drive real business decisions using data.

This role requires someone who is comfortable working with large datasets, building models where needed, and clearly communicating insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Build and validate statistical and predictive models
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries
• Work with business teams to translate requirements into data solutions
• Present findings in a clear and structured manner to support decision-making

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science or Data Analytics
• Strong proficiency in:

Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn or similar)
SQL (joins, aggregations, performance optimization)

• Solid understanding of:

Statistics and data modeling
Data cleaning and validation

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain insights clearly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with:
• Machine learning models in production
• Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• A/B testing or experimentation

Work Environment

• On-site role (no remote option)
• Collaborative team environment with cross-functional interaction
