AI Engineer

Job Summary

Agency VA Pakistan is seeking a skilled and forward-thinking AI Engineer with 2+ years of experience to design, develop, and deploy advanced artificial intelligence solutions that improve business operations and enhance internal systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in machine learning, natural language processing, conversational AI, and large language model integrations, with a strong command of Python and modern AI frameworks.

The selected candidate will play a key role in developing AI-powered tools, workflow automation systems, intelligent assistants, and data-driven solutions to support business growth across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications aligned with organizational requirements
• Build and optimize intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants for internal and external use

Develop NLP models for:

• Intent recognition
• Entity extraction
• Sentiment analysis
• Automated response generation

Integrate large language models (LLMs) using APIs such as:

• OpenAI
• Claude
• Other enterprise AI platforms

Create scalable AI workflows using tools such as:

• LangChain
• Vector databases
• Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities

Improve AI model performance for:

• Accuracy
• Speed
• Reliability

Deploy and monitor AI models in production environments

Maintain technical documentation for AI systems and workflows

Research and implement emerging AI technologies that can improve company efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience in AI Engineering, NLP, or Machine Learning roles

Bachelor’s degree in:

• Computer Science
• Artificial Intelligence
• Data Science
• Software Engineering & Related field

Strong proficiency in Python

Experience with AI/ML libraries such as:

• TensorFlow
• PyTorch
• Scikit-learn

Hands-on experience with:

• NLP model development
• LLM integrations

Prompt engineering

Experience working with:

• REST APIs

Backend system integrations

Strong understanding of:

• NLP pipelines
• Deep learning
• Model optimization

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms such as:

• AWS
• Azure

Google Cloud

Knowledge of:

• Vector databases
• RAG pipelines
• AI orchestration tools

Experience with Docker or containerized deployments

Familiarity with agile development environments

Contributions to AI or open-source projects are an advantage

This position is on-site at Agency VA Pakistan Office, 1st Floor, Executive Complex, G-8 Markaz, Sector G-8, Islamabad, with occasional collaboration across regional and global teams.

Pay: From Rs200,000.00 per month
