Job Overview:The Billing Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and billing-related tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of financial transactions, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare, review, and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company billing policies and client contract terms.</li><li>Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.</li><li>Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.</li><li>Process payments, refunds, and adjustments as necessary.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records in the system.</li><li>Collaborate with finance, sales, and customer service teams to resolve billing-related issues.</li><li>Generate billing reports and provide analysis on billing trends and outstanding balances.</li><li>Assist with process improvements and automation efforts in the billing department.</li><li>Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality policies.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>1-2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar role.</li><li>Proficiency in billing software and accounting systems.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.</li><li>Effective English communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li><li>Experience with Agency Management Software (Preferred)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current salary?
