AI & Automation Engineer

Location: Pakistan (On-site/Hybrid – Executive Complex, G-8 Markaz, Sector G-8, Islamabad)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI & Automation Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions that enhance business efficiency and scalability. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AI technologies, workflow automation tools, and modern APIs, and will play a key role in integrating AI-driven systems into our business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI-powered automation solutions across various business functions
• Build and optimize workflows using automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
• Develop and integrate AI models and APIs (e.g., LLMs, NLP systems) into internal tools and client-facing solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Sales, Engineering) to identify automation opportunities
• Create intelligent chatbots, agents, and assistants to streamline internal and external processes
• Monitor, maintain, and improve automation systems for performance, reliability, and scalability
• Ensure data security, compliance, and best practices in AI deployments
• Document processes, workflows, and system architectures

Technical Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, etc.)
• Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate)
• Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/PostgreSQL)
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI agents, chatbots, or RPA solutions
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to frontend frameworks (React, Vue) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
