As a Senior Functional Business Analyst at CONVO, you will play a pivotal role in delivering digital transformation solutions for some of the world’s leading FMCG companies. Your primary mission: understand client needs, master the RGM platform, and configure ERP solutions that deliver measurable value.
You’ll bridge business and technology — combining deep industry understanding, a hands-on approach to configuration, and a sharp, questioning mindset. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex business problems through systems and data, not just requirements documents.

Configure ERP systems based on business needs — from module setup to detailed functional rules

Lead functional design activities and translate client needs into ERP system behavior

Run and facilitate workshops to map business processes and align on solution design

Collaborate closely with technical teams to translate configurations into deployments

Challenge assumptions and proactively propose improvements to business processes or technical solutions

Support user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution
-
Build client trust by understanding their commercial goals and aligning solutions accordingly
-
Guide junior analysts and contribute to internal best practice development

Stay current on industry trends in FMCG and how they relate to digital transformation and sales enablement

5+ years in a Business Analyst, ERP Consultant, or Functional Consultant role
-
Experience configuring business applications or ERP systems (e.g., XTEL, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)

Strong understanding of sales/commercial processes, especially in FMCG or Consumer Goods

Technically curious and able to ask why — you’re not afraid to challenge the brief or dig into root causes

Strong experience in data analysis using Excel, SQL, and Power BI is required.

Skilled at working with cross-functional teams: business stakeholders, technical teams, testers

Comfortable supporting the full project lifecycle: workshops, configuration, testing, deployment, and support

Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery models

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Experience with requirement gathering and creating functional specs

Background in Revenue Growth Management, Trade Promotion Management, or Sales Force Automation

Exposure to FMCG-focused sales automation platforms
