D365 Finance and Supply Chain Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) Functional Consultant with a strong background in the Healthcare Industry. The ideal candidate will lead the functional stream of implementations, focusing on supply chain, procurement, and operational processes tailored to healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional implementation of D365 F&SCM modules for healthcare clients
• Conduct workshops to gather and analyze business requirements
• Design and optimize supply chain and operational processes, including:
• Procurement & Sourcing
• Inventory & Warehouse Management
• Demand Planning & Replenishment
• Configure D365 F&SCM modules aligned with healthcare workflows and supply chain needs
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and process documentation
• Work closely with technical teams for required customizations (no coding required)
• Support UAT, training sessions, and go-live activities
• Ensure alignment with healthcare compliance standards and operational best practices
• Provide post-implementation support and process improvements

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a D365 F&SCM Functional Consultant
• Strong expertise in: Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Processes
• Experience in end-to-end D365 F&SCM implementations
• Proven experience working within the healthcare industry
• Strong documentation skills (BRD, FDD, SOPs)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with medical supply chains, hospital inventory, or healthcare logistics
• Understanding of compliance and traceability requirements in healthcare
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (F&SCM)
• Experience in multi-entity or global implementations
