Position Summary</div></div><div><div>
The CTSS Therapist provides individual and family therapy to children and adolescents in therapeutic foster care, helping them transition successfully and maintain stability in their placements. Services are provided in homes, schools, and community settings while working closely with families, foster care providers, and treatment teams.</div></div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
</b></h2><ul><li><div><div>Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related clinical mental health field</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Minimum of 1 year of post-master's experience working with children and families in mental health or child welfare</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist) preferred</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Experience with family systems and behavioral interventions</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Strong communication and documentation skills</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Valid Act 33 and Act 34 clearances</div></div></li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><div><b>
