Salary: $50,000 per year

Location: Reed Street, Philadelphia, PA

Travel: Regular travel is required to clients' homes, schools, and community locations.

Mileage is reimbursed at $0.65 per mile.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related clinical mental health field
• Minimum of 1 year of post-master's experience working with children and families in mental health or child welfare
• Clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist) preferred
• Experience with family systems and behavioral interventions
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Valid Act 33 and Act 34 clearances

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy in homes, schools, and community settings
• Collaborate with foster families, biological families, schools, and community partners
• Develop and maintain treatment plans and clinical documentation
• Participate in crisis intervention and case planning
• Support youth through placement transitions and discharge planning
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with agency and regulatory requirements
• Attend required trainings and maintain applicable licensure or certifications
