As an Aesthetician, you&rsquo;ll have the opportunity to showcase your diverse skill set&mdash;from facials to advanced laser treatments&mdash;while contributing to a vibrant, client-focused team dedicated to excellence.Duties<ul><li>Perform a wide range of skincare services including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments to meet individual client needs.</li><li>Provide body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and makeup application to enhance clients&rsquo; natural beauty.</li><li>Administer advanced treatments such as botulinum toxin injections and dermal fillers with precision and care.</li><li>Manage retail sales by recommending skincare products and conducting product demos to educate clients on their benefits.</li><li>Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and sanitation protocols for safety and hygiene.</li><li>Utilize salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records, and sales tracking.</li><li>Engage in social media management by promoting services, sharing client success stories, and building our online community.</li><li>Deliver exceptional guest services through active communication, personalized treatment plans, and attentive follow-up.</li><li>Assist with front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends in hair styling, nail care, tattooing, and med spa treatments to continually elevate service quality.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with comprehensive knowledge of skincare techniques.</li><li>Proven experience in esthetic laser treatment, body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, and nail care preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly, professional demeanor that fosters client trust.</li><li>Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols essential for maintaining a hygienic workspace.</li><li>Experience with retail sales strategies including upselling products confidently while prioritizing client needs.</li><li>Ability to perform specialized treatments such as botulinum toxin injections or dermabrasion is a plus.</li><li>Background in med spa procedures or hospitality experience will be viewed favorably.
