Duties

• Perform a wide range of skincare services including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments to meet individual client needs.
• Provide body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and makeup application to enhance clients’ natural beauty.
• Administer advanced treatments such as botulinum toxin injections and dermal fillers with precision and care.
• Manage retail sales by recommending skincare products and conducting product demos to educate clients on their benefits.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and sanitation protocols for safety and hygiene.
• Utilize salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records, and sales tracking.
• Engage in social media management by promoting services, sharing client success stories, and building our online community.
• Deliver exceptional guest services through active communication, personalized treatment plans, and attentive follow-up.
• Assist with front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Stay current with industry trends in hair styling, nail care, tattooing, and med spa treatments to continually elevate service quality.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with comprehensive knowledge of skincare techniques.
• Proven experience in esthetic laser treatment, body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, and nail care preferred.
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY is highly desirable.
• Strong management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly, professional demeanor that fosters client trust.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols essential for maintaining a hygienic workspace.
• Experience with retail sales strategies including upselling products confidently while prioritizing client needs.
• Ability to perform specialized treatments such as botulinum toxin injections or dermabrasion is a plus.
