No Staffing Firms, pleasePhysical Elements Required o Good finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination, ability to work with MS Officeo Must have 20/20 vision with eye correction, no color blindnesso Must be able to wear latex or nitrile gloves without sensitivity/allergy issueso Ability to move from work station to other areas of the plant as neededo Ability to grasp, operate or use various machines, power tools, fixtures, presses, hand tools, test equipment, microscopes, measurement devices, and/or other equipment as requiredo Provide accurate and legible record keeping and documentationo Regular and timely attendance is requiredMental Elements Required o Attention to detail, reasoning, organization and planning capabilitieso Must be able to perform the requirements of the position while handling stress (deadlines, problem solving, teamwork, basic math...)o Strong written and oral communication (English) skills with otherso Follow instructions from engineers, managers to assemble prints as necessary to manufacture, test and inspect productso Expectation of organizing work, taking initiative and following time efficiencyo Ability to work safely at all timeso Able to work respectfully with other departments and teamsThis position is subject to the ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and/or the EAR (Export Administration Regulations).
