Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)About the Role: TC Business School is inviting applications for the position of Business Development Executive (BDE) on a permanent basis. We are seeking dynamic, results-driven, and enthusiastic professionals who can contribute to student admissions, marketing outreach, and institutional growth. This role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or educational counseling who are passionate about communication, marketing, and relationship-building.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and engage potential students through various communication channels (calls, emails, social media, and visits).</li><li>Promote the institution&rsquo;s programs and courses to prospective students and parents.</li><li>Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and digital platforms.</li><li>Conduct counseling sessions to guide students regarding course selection and admission procedures.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and academic counselors.</li><li>Participate in marketing and promotional activities such as education fairs, seminars, and campus visits.</li><li>Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.</li><li>Prepare and maintain reports on inquiries, leads, and conversions for regular review.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, counseling, or customer relations (preferably in the education sector).</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.</li><li>Good understanding of marketing strategies and student engagement techniques.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.</li><li>Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.</li><li>Energetic, confident, and proactive approach to work.</li></ul>Job Details:<ul><li>Organization: TC Business School</li><li>Job Type: Permanent</li><li>Work Schedule: Full-time (as per institutional hours)</li><li>Location: On Campus &ndash; TC Business School</li><li>Salary: As per institutional norms</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
