Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Role:
TC Business School is inviting applications for the position of Business Development Executive (BDE) on a permanent basis. We are seeking dynamic, results-driven, and enthusiastic professionals who can contribute to student admissions, marketing outreach, and institutional growth. This role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or educational counseling who are passionate about communication, marketing, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential students through various communication channels (calls, emails, social media, and visits).
  • Promote the institution’s programs and courses to prospective students and parents.
  • Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct counseling sessions to guide students regarding course selection and admission procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and academic counselors.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities such as education fairs, seminars, and campus visits.
  • Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on inquiries, leads, and conversions for regular review.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.

Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, counseling, or customer relations (preferably in the education sector).

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • Good understanding of marketing strategies and student engagement techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Energetic, confident, and proactive approach to work.
