We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our Logistics Department.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Confirm customer orders through calls and coordinate dispatch processes</li><li>Handle customer communication related to order confirmation and delivery updates</li><li>Maintain and update order data in Excel sheets and internal systems</li><li>Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for smooth order processing</li><li>Track shipments and resolve basic delivery-related issues</li><li>Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate operational records</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 months of experience in customer support or order handling</li><li>Strong communication skills (Hindi &amp; basic English)</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel</li><li>Basic understanding of logistics and order management processes</li><li>Good coordination and follow-up skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Preferred Candidate Profile:<ul><li>Detail-oriented and organized</li><li>Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset</li><li>Comfortable with calling customers and handling queries</li><li>Immediate joiners preferred</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 6 monthsPay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
