Operations Intern

About Bharat Agrolink:
Bharat Agrolink is a fast-growing agri-commerce company committed to delivering quality agricultural products efficiently across India. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our Logistics Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confirm customer orders through calls and coordinate dispatch processes
  • Handle customer communication related to order confirmation and delivery updates
  • Maintain and update order data in Excel sheets and internal systems
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for smooth order processing
  • Track shipments and resolve basic delivery-related issues
  • Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate operational records

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 months of experience in customer support or order handling
  • Strong communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Basic understanding of logistics and order management processes
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable with calling customers and handling queries
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
