Curriculum Development:<ul><li>Design and develop comprehensive STEM curricula and educational materials focused on AI and robotics, tailored to various age groups and skill levels.</li><li>Incorporate hands-on learning experiences, projects, and challenges to enhance student engagement and understanding.</li></ul>2. Training Delivery:<ul><li>Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and classes on AI and robotics for students in schools, colleges, and community centers.</li><li>Provide guidance and support to students as they explore concepts, build projects, and solve problems using AI and robotics technologies.</li></ul>3. Skill Building:<ul><li>Teach fundamental concepts of AI, machine learning, and robotics, including programming languages, algorithms, sensors, and actuators.</li><li>Foster critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills through interactive and collaborative learning experiences.</li></ul>4. Mentorship and Support:<ul><li>Mentor and coach students to develop their technical skills, confidence, and passion for STEM fields.</li><li>Provide ongoing support and encouragement to students as they work on AI and robotics projects and initiatives.</li></ul>5. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating AI/ML skilling programs, fostering industry collaborations, engaging with academic institutions, and driving applied research and innovation. The role requires a strong technical background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Science, and Coding, while also focusing on program execution, stakeholder engagement, and workforce upskilling initiatives.Responsibilities<ul><li>Establish partnerships with AI-driven startups, IT companies, EdTech firms, and research organizations to support CoE initiatives.</li><li>Liaise with universities, technical institutions, and coding bootcamps to develop structured AI/ML training programs.</li><li>Engage with government agencies, CSR partners, and funding bodies to facilitate seamless program execution.</li><li>Assist in designing and delivering AI, ML, and coding bootcamps, hackathons, and certification programs.</li><li>Organize hands-on workshops in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Data Science, and Deep Learning models.</li><li>Facilitate mentorship programs with industry experts, data scientists, and AI researchers to enhance learning outcomes.</li><li>Support students and faculty in developing AI-driven research projects and real-world applications.</li><li>Assist in publishing research papers, white papers, and case studies in AI/ML domains.</li><li>Coordinate with industry partners for live projects, AI solutions development, and innovation challenges.</li><li>Track and measure the effectiveness of AI skilling programs, student progress, and industry collaborations.</li><li>Prepare reports and insights for funding agencies, government stakeholders, and academic partners.</li><li>Ensure compliance with program objectives, funding policies, and accreditation guidelines.</li><li>Promote the CoE&rsquo;s initiatives through seminars, AI summits, digital outreach, and social media campaigns.</li><li>Engage with students, AI enthusiasts, and professionals to increase participation in CoE programs.</li><li>Develop newsletters, blogs, and case studies showcasing AI innovations and impact stories.</li></ul>Mandatory Qualification and Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.</li><li>Certifications in AI, ML, Data Science, or Python-based Machine Learning frameworks will be an advantage.</li><li>2-4 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Coding, or skilling programs.</li><li>Hands-on expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLP, Computer Vision, and Big Data analytics.</li><li>Experience in coordinating AI training programs, industry-academic collaborations, or research initiatives.</li><li>Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, coding practices, and real-world applications.</li><li>Experience in curriculum design, training coordination, and research project execution.</li><li>Excellent program management, stakeholder engagement, and reporting capabilities.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, faculty, and industry professionals.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.</li><li>Knowledge of government skilling initiatives (Skill India, AI for All, Digital India, Make in India, Atmanirbhar Bharat, NEP 2020).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹940,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
