<ul><li>1. Financial Accounting &amp; Reporting</li><li>Maintain accurate books of accounts as per applicable accounting standards.</li></ul>2. Accounts Receivable &amp; Payable<ul><li>Oversee customer outstanding, credit control, and timely collection.</li><li>Manage vendor payments, reconcile supplier accounts, and ensure correct documentation.</li><li>Monitor credit notes, discounts, and reconciliation of OEM (manufacturer) accounts.</li></ul>3. Inventory &amp; Cost Management<ul><li>Manage accounting for vehicle stock, spare parts inventory, and workshop consumables.</li><li>Conduct periodic stock audits and investigate variances.</li><li>Coordinate with the sales, service, and parts departments for accurate cost allocation.</li></ul>4. Compliance &amp; Audits<ul><li>Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory requirements.</li><li>Prepare and support internal and external audits.</li><li>File periodic tax returns and maintain all regulatory documentation.</li></ul>5. Budgeting &amp; MIS Reporting<ul><li>Prepare annual budgets and monitor variances.</li><li>Develop MIS reports including profitability analysis, cost reports, workshop performance, and sales margins.</li><li>Provide management with financial insights to support decision-making.</li></ul>6. Banking &amp; Cash Flow Management<ul><li>Manage cash flow, bank reconciliation, fund allocation, and daily cash/cheque deposits.</li><li>Handle loan documentation, vehicle financing reconciliation, and coordination with banks/NBFCs.</li></ul>7. Team Leadership<ul><li>Lead and mentor the accounting team.</li><li>Allocate responsibilities, train new members, and ensure adherence to accounting processes.</li><li>Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Ensure accurate recording of vehicle sales, workshop revenue, spare parts billing, and incentives.</li><li>Monitor depreciation, asset capitalization, and inventory valuation.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;45,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
