Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement strategic marketing and outreach plans to drive student admissions and increase enrollment numbers.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, training institutes, community centers, and industry partners to generate prospective student leads.</li><li>Plan, organize, and manage seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and promotional events to attract students.</li><li>Conduct counseling sessions and presentations to students and parents, providing detailed information about programs, admissions process, and career opportunities.</li><li>Manage and track leads from inquiry to admission, ensuring timely follow-up and high conversion rates.</li><li>Represent the institution professionally at educational fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.</li><li>Conduct field visits for outreach and partnership development within assigned regions.</li><li>Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and student behavior to recommend improvements in marketing and recruitment strategies.</li><li>Coordinate with admissions, placement, and management teams to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled students.</li><li>Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and propose action plans for achieving admission targets.</li><li>Train and guide promotional or field marketing teams where required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of experience in marketing, sales, student recruitment, or business development (experience in the education sector preferred).</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Strong relationship-building and field management abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in lead management and basic reporting tools.</li><li>Willingness to travel as part of outreach and admissions activities.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
