Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and outreach plans to drive student admissions and increase enrollment numbers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, training institutes, community centers, and industry partners to generate prospective student leads.
- Plan, organize, and manage seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and promotional events to attract students.
- Conduct counseling sessions and presentations to students and parents, providing detailed information about programs, admissions process, and career opportunities.
- Manage and track leads from inquiry to admission, ensuring timely follow-up and high conversion rates.
- Represent the institution professionally at educational fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Conduct field visits for outreach and partnership development within assigned regions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and student behavior to recommend improvements in marketing and recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate with admissions, placement, and management teams to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled students.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and propose action plans for achieving admission targets.
- Train and guide promotional or field marketing teams where required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, student recruitment, or business development (experience in the education sector preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong relationship-building and field management abilities.
- Proficiency in lead management and basic reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel as part of outreach and admissions activities.
