<ul><li>Procurement Process Management:</li><li>Prepare and process indents (material requisitions) as per project/site requirements.</li><li>Raise and manage Purchase Orders (PO) in alignment with approved budgets and timelines.</li><li>Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.</li><li>Work Order Management:</li><li>Draft and issue Work Orders to contractors/suppliers as per project specifications.</li><li>Ensure Work Orders are aligned with project budgets, SOPs, and Letter of Deployment (LOD) requirements.</li><li>Vendor Price Negotiation:</li><li>Conduct effective vendor price negotiations to ensure cost-efficiency without compromising quality.</li><li>Evaluate quotations based on price, delivery time, payment terms, and vendor credibility.</li><li>Goods Receipt &amp; Documentation:</li><li>Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entry for all incoming materials.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation for each transaction including POs, GRNs, invoices, and delivery challans.</li><li>DMRN (Defective Material Return Note) Handling:</li><li>Generate and maintain DMRN for any defective or non-conforming materials.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for timely replacements or credit notes.</li><li>Vendor Management &amp; Development:</li><li>Maintain a database of approved vendors and suppliers.</li><li>Evaluate vendor performance based on delivery, quality, and service standards.</li><li>Inventory Coordination:</li><li>Coordinate with stores/inventory team to track material usage and maintain minimum stock levels.</li><li>Avoid excess procurement and ensure material availability as per project schedules.</li><li>Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):</li><li>Ensure procurement practices comply with established SOPs and company policies.</li><li>Participate in audits and support internal controls.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Documentation:</li><li>Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and legal compliance.</li><li>Keep updated records of all transactions for audit and reference.</li><li>Reporting &amp; MIS:</li><li>Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports related to purchase, cost comparison, and vendor performance.</li><li>Share material consumption and purchase reports with management for planning and decision-making.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>In-depth knowledge of Purchase Order, Work Order, GRN, DMRN, Indenting Process, SOP, and LOD.</li><li>Strong vendor negotiation and cost analysis skills.</li><li>Excellent documentation and reporting ability.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and inventory software.</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
