Digital Marketing Executive:The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for the execution, management and optimization of all digital marketing activities across multiple channels, with a strong focus on content creation, SEO and paid advertising.The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, hands-on platform experience and a proven track record of driving measurable growth in traffic, leads and conversions.Key Roles &amp; ResponsibilitiesA. Content &amp; Social Media<ul><li>Create and schedule social media posts (graphics, videos, copy) for platforms like [LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube].</li><li>Manage the content calendar and ensure timely, brand-consistent posts.</li><li>Monitor comments/messages and engage with the online community.</li></ul>B. SEO <ul><li>Implement on-page, off-page and basic technical SEO to improve organic rankings.</li><li>Conduct keyword and competitor research and support SEO-focused content.</li><li>Optimize website pages and track performance using Search Console &amp; Analytics.</li></ul>C. Google Ads / Paid Campaigns <ul><li>Assist in setting up and monitoring Google Ads campaigns (Search / Display / YouTube) under guidance of senior team.</li><li>Help with keyword lists, ad copy suggestions, negative keywords and basic performance checks.</li><li>Optimize for CPC, CTR, conversions and ROI through regular monitoring and A/B tests.</li></ul>D. Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Use Google Analytics / GA4 to track website and campaign performance.</li><li>Prepare weekly/monthly reports with key insights and action points.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>2&ndash;3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.</li><li>Strong experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics / GA4.</li><li>Good knowledge of SEO best practices.</li><li>Familiarity with Canva / basic design tools for post creation.</li><li>Knowledge of email marketing tools and basic HTML/CSS is an advantage.</li></ul>Core Competencies:<ul><li>Strong analytical and reporting skills.</li><li>Good written communication and copywriting.</li><li>Proactive, organised and able to manage work independently.</li><li>Willingness to learn and adapt to new digital trends.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
