Digital Marketing Executive:

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for the execution, management and optimization of all digital marketing activities across multiple channels, with a strong focus on content creation, SEO and paid advertising.

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, hands-on platform experience and a proven track record of driving measurable growth in traffic, leads and conversions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

A. Content & Social Media

  • Create and schedule social media posts (graphics, videos, copy) for platforms like [LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube].
  • Manage the content calendar and ensure timely, brand-consistent posts.
  • Monitor comments/messages and engage with the online community.

B. SEO

  • Implement on-page, off-page and basic technical SEO to improve organic rankings.
  • Conduct keyword and competitor research and support SEO-focused content.
  • Optimize website pages and track performance using Search Console & Analytics.

C. Google Ads / Paid Campaigns

  • Assist in setting up and monitoring Google Ads campaigns (Search / Display / YouTube) under guidance of senior team.
  • Help with keyword lists, ad copy suggestions, negative keywords and basic performance checks.
  • Optimize for CPC, CTR, conversions and ROI through regular monitoring and A/B tests.

D. Analytics & Reporting

  • Use Google Analytics / GA4 to track website and campaign performance.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with key insights and action points.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics / GA4.
  • Good knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Familiarity with Canva / basic design tools for post creation.
  • Knowledge of email marketing tools and basic HTML/CSS is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
