 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 Oversee the Team of Accounts Receivable
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supervise and support the accounts receivable team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor the performance of team members and provide guidance to resolve escalated issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies in receivables operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review aging reports and ensure timely follow-up with customers for outstanding balances.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations) for resolution of billing discrepancies.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Budgeting &amp; Planning
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in variance analysis and financial planning aligned with business goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor actual vs. budgeted performance monthly and flag deviations.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 MIS &amp; Reporting
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare monthly and quarterly MIS reports for management review.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accuracy and timeliness in data consolidation and presentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Board Deck Preparation
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collaborate with senior finance and business teams to prepare Board-level presentations and financial decks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity in reporting key performance indicators and financial metrics.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Transaction Hygiene &amp; Compliance
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Review and ensure the overall hygiene of financial transactions including proper documentation and approvals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Periodically audit financial records for discrepancies and rectifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, banking norms, and regulatory guidelines.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Bank Compliance &amp; Reviews
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Handle day-to-day coordination with banking partners for payments, guarantees, and documentation.
 </li>
 </ul>

Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

 Fabric Head will be responsible for end to end fabric procurement, Managing fabric inventory, Vendor Strategy, Vendor Score card and New product development process
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Result Areas for the Incumbent - Process Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
  Strategic management and planning of vendors across seasons
 
 
  Sourcing of new fabrics and introducing these to the design team
 
 
  Monitor all aspects (especially fabric review) related to Fabric quality, Material Receipt Note, Technical , Payment
 
 
  Evaluate all department systems to ensure consistency and efficiency and provide solutions in a timely manner
 
 
  Conduct the initial round of price negotiations and review with the management for the final approval
 
 
  Grey fabric purchase management
 
 
  New vendor introduction and conversion when necessary - People Management Responsibilities  Track and monitor Allocation, Fabric PO review, resolve fabric and Material Receipt Note issues
 
 
  Manage all people related aspects of the subordinates such as leave approvals, appraisals etc
 
 
  Hands on management of vendor relationships

 Purpose of the Job
 
 
 
 The Cluster Manager, will be responsible for leading a retail team who can ensure the store is
 
 
 focused on achieving sales goals, customer service and the shopping experience, and developing
 
 
 internal talent and to create, recommend, and implement ideas to help BIBA store reach all
 
 
 goals and objectives. This role works closely with distributors and Marketing team and to ensure
 
 
 enhancement of brand image.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Result Areas for the Incumbent
 
 
 
 - Process Responsibilities
 
 
  Drives sales activities and implements ways to improve volume and profit tracks sales and productivity
 
 
  Ensuring effective Inventory management for the concept in the territory (order management, stock consolidation, movement and transfer, optimum stock utilization, stock return and shrinkage)
 
 
  Review and analyze, articulate, and solve complex problems related to stock
 
 
 and sales and concepts to make effective business decisions
 
 
  Review and effectively deal with fast / slow lines, new ranges and end of ranges and implement necessary action
 
 
  Ensure pricing of merchandise as per prescribed matrix
 
 
  Ensuring monthly feedback Concept on sales, stock positions and product feedback to be shared
 
 
  Strategize and seek opportunity for concept expansion in the territory
 
 
  Ensuring completion of new projects in a timely manner
 
 
  Identify locations for stores as per reuired process and quality and Understand Territory dynamics (demographics, consumer behaviour, market understanding etc)
 
 
  Ensuring VM Implementation, SOP adherence, Stock Transfer, Petty cash approvals, Repairs &amp; maintenance's.
