Role Overview
BIBA is looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior FP&A professional who will serve as a key business partner to leadership teams across functions. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling expertise, an ability to convert data into actionable insights, and a proven track record of driving performance improvement through analysis-based decision support. This role is critical to long-term organizational planning, performance management, and profitability enhancement.
Key Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and long-range planning cycles for the business.

Analyze financial performance, trends, and KPIs across categories, channels, and business units; drive insights for growth and margin improvement.

Evaluate and support key business decisions such as pricing, investments, new initiatives, and cost optimization.

Partner with cross-functional teams including merchandising, retail, sourcing, and supply chain to provide financial insights and scenario-based modeling.

Lead development of dashboards, MIS, and financial models for monthly/quarterly reviews.

Generate business performance reports for senior leadership and Board reviews.

Identify risks and opportunities and proactively recommend corrective actions.

Enhance FP&A processes, tools, and frameworks for improved accuracy, speed, and reporting quality.

Mentor and guide junior team members in analytical thinking and financial discipline.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (MBA / CA preferred).

8–12 years of relevant FP&A / Business Finance experience, ideally in retail, consumer goods, apparel, or e-commerce.

Strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting, profitability analysis, and scenario planning.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial systems, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Demonstrated business partnering capability and strong commercial acumen.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with high ownership.
