This is a full-time, on-site role at Biblo Bakery &amp; Cafe in Bahrain.We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Barista / Shift Supervisor to join our team and help us elevate our coffee experience.Qualifications<ul><li>Must be currently available in Bahrain.</li><li>Proven experience as a barista, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.</li><li>Excellent customer service and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.</li><li>Attention to detail and a passion for quality.</li><li>Ability to train and mentor junior staff.</li><li>Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.</li><li>Knowledge of coffee machine maintenance is a plus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
