Warehouse Associate (Picking / Packing)APPLY THROUGH INDEED ONLY &ndash; MUST INCLUDE RESUMEMonday &ndash; Thurs: 9am to 6pm Fri: 8am &ndash; 5pm Pay: $20 to $22/hr. depending on experience.Currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate in Cerritos, CA. The Candidate will be expected to work in a team environment and have a strong, professional work ethic. The ideal candidate must have strong communication, customer service skills, basic computer knowledge and experience with Shipping &amp; Receiving. Communicate and cooperate with peers and supervisors. Work in a warehouse environment and be able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.Warehouse Duties:&middot; Must Have Experience with UPS WorldShip, creating labels, Call tags, etc.&hellip;&middot; Performs one or more warehouse operational functions within the guidelines of the facility (pick, pack, wrap, load, ship, receive and labeling)&middot; Experience with Packing online orders (Amazon, Ebay, Etc..) is a plus&middot; Order Picking (use scanners, dollies, hand trucks or carts)&middot; Packaging and Box preparation (use tape guns and any other gear)&middot; Report any inventory discrepancies to management for investigation.&middot; Communicate and cooperate with peers and supervisors&middot; Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment such as forklifts, dollies, pallet jacks, etc.&middot; Follow all safety procedures to ensure no injuries are acquired while performing daily duties and wear proper safety equipment (waist belts/gloves)&middot; Keep a clean and safe working environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat and organized.&middot; Be readily available to perform other duties and task assigned as needed.&middot; Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment&middot; Help with unloading containers when needed.Benefits:&middot; Medical, Dental, Vision &ndash; (70/30)&middot; Life Insurance ($20k) when enrolled in Medical&middot; 5 Sick days per year&middot; Accrued Vacation 40hrs per year&middot; 7 paid holidays (New Years Day, 4th of July, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day(2 Days), Labor Day &amp; Memorial Day)&middot; 401K with Company MatchThis role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in logistics while contributing to a fast-paced distribution environment.
