Warehouse Associate (Picking / Packing)

Monday – Thurs: 9am to 6pm Fri: 8am – 5pm Pay: $20 to $22/hr. depending on experience.

Currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate in Cerritos, CA. The Candidate will be expected to work in a team environment and have a strong, professional work ethic. The ideal candidate must have strong communication, customer service skills, basic computer knowledge and experience with Shipping & Receiving. Communicate and cooperate with peers and supervisors. Work in a warehouse environment and be able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.

Warehouse Duties:

· Must Have Experience with UPS WorldShip, creating labels, Call tags, etc.…

· Performs one or more warehouse operational functions within the guidelines of the facility (pick, pack, wrap, load, ship, receive and labeling)

· Experience with Packing online orders (Amazon, Ebay, Etc..) is a plus

· Order Picking (use scanners, dollies, hand trucks or carts)

· Packaging and Box preparation (use tape guns and any other gear)

· Report any inventory discrepancies to management for investigation.

· Communicate and cooperate with peers and supervisors

· Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment such as forklifts, dollies, pallet jacks, etc.

· Follow all safety procedures to ensure no injuries are acquired while performing daily duties and wear proper safety equipment (waist belts/gloves)

· Keep a clean and safe working environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat and organized.

· Be readily available to perform other duties and task assigned as needed.

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Help with unloading containers when needed.
