Please note, this position is based in Sharjah.The Senior Marketing Executive will support and drive the marketing efforts for Big Bad Wolf, focusing on event-specific campaigns and year-round brand initiatives. This role emphasizes hands-on planning and execution of marketing activities, coordination with internal teams, and close collaboration with external stakeholders to ensure successful campaigns and strong brand visibility.<ul><li>Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies tailored to Big Bad Wolf&rsquo;s large-scale book sale events and regional audiences.</li><li>Plan and execute event-specific marketing campaigns to maximize attendance, engagement, and sales.</li><li>Monitor and support on-site marketing activities during events, ensuring smooth execution and consistent branding.</li><li>Coordinate PR efforts for book sale events, including pre- and post-event media coverage and media relations.</li><li>Support organization-wide PR initiatives to strengthen brand reputation.</li><li>Manage day-to-day social media activities, including campaign content, live event updates, and audience engagement.</li><li>Oversee routine digital marketing efforts such as website updates, email campaigns, and content scheduling.</li><li>Track and report on campaign and digital performance, providing insights for improvements.</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify audience trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth.</li><li>Coordinate with finance on budget tracking for campaigns and initiatives.</li><li>Prepare marketing reports to measure campaign impact and share results with management.</li><li>Work closely with the Marketing Manager and senior management to align activities with overall business objectives.</li><li>Build and maintain working relationships with media partners, influencers, sponsors, and community stakeholders.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.</li><li>4&ndash;6 years&rsquo; marketing experience, ideally in events, or retail.</li><li>Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, CRM).</li><li>Strong communication and project management skills.</li><li>Experience with e-commerce marketing is a plus.</li></ul>Personality &amp; Mindset<ul><li>Can-do attitude &mdash; proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to take ownership.</li><li>Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced, event-driven environments.</li><li>Detail-oriented, yet able to see the bigger picture.</li><li>Strong team player with leadership potential and a growth mindset.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED8,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Marketing: 7 years (Required)</li></ul>Expected Start Date: 20/10/2025
