Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bucks County is seeking an empathetic, self-directed, and organized Options Program Case Manager to join their team! This direct service position will work with male youth throughout Bucks County ages 7-18.Our Options Case Managers make a difference through:<ul><li>Weekly or biweekly mentoring meetings with youth referred by Bucks County Children and Youth, Youth Aid Panels, or Juvenile Probation.</li><li>Introducing youth to new prosocial community activities.</li><li>Engaging youth in rewarding service projects to give back to their community and fulfill service hour requirements.</li><li>Reducing youth recidivism by improving their decision making skills and peer relationships through cognitive exercises, apology letters, and connection to ongoing community resources.</li></ul>Our Options Program families say:&ldquo;My Options Case Manager was great!
