<ul><li>Architectural/Joinery and interior designing for 2D Plans and 3D plans.</li><li>You will be responsible alongside the project co-ordinator and design team for producing details and co-ordinating interior drawing packages &amp; delivery to appropriate deadlines .</li><li>An in depth knowledge of internal joinery, fit-out and construction of residential, commercial, hospitality, leisure and F&amp;B projects</li><li>Responsible for taking the basic design &amp; developing it into detailed design.</li><li>Prepare and draw detailed Shop drawings for joinery &amp; fit-out items for submittal to consultants/clients for approval.</li><li>Shop drawing detailed shop drawing for mainly joinery &amp; interior fit out.</li><li>Prepare free hand section details for site people.</li><li>Prepare and draw shop drawings as per site conditions and as per BOQ.</li><li>Prepare shop drawings for joinery items for submittal to consultants/clients for approval.</li><li>Knowledge in Interior Designing/Joinery/ Fit Out Industry.</li><li>Self-reliance &amp; ability in AutoCAD, Photoshop and Microsoft office</li><li>Design knowledge for Safety &amp; Aesthetics, follow UAE Authority Guidelines</li><li>General Knowledge of the interior fit out/joinery industry</li><li>Knowledge in Space Planning &amp; Commercial Interior Environment, Fit out detailing, Specifications, Suppliers &amp; Materials is a must</li><li>Liaise with architects and engineers to gather product and structural requirements and designs</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your monthly salary expectation for this role in AED?</li><li>We must fill this position urgently.
