Helper/Laborer

• Provide support and assistance to other staff members as needed.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and efficient completion of tasks. Communicate effectively and provide support when required.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of facilities.
• Assist welders, carpenters, painters or other tradespeople on-site
• Help with setting up and transferring temporary structuresAssist in organizing and maintaining inventory, supplies, and equipment. Help in labeling, sorting, and arranging items to ensure easy access and efficient storage.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and moving materials, supplies, and equipment within the organization. Follow proper safety protocols and handling procedures to prevent damage or injuries.
